Bill Bierbower, PE - Founder - Our fearless (and normally barefoot) leader is a licensed professional engineer with a "great" entrepreneurial track record (and a bad problem with missing handle passes). He has also been skiing longer than many of the younger team members have been alive - and has redefined the format of a "Board Meeting", which are mandatory and held each Friday, 2:00 pm, sharp, on Lake Lanier. | ||||||||||||||||||||

Brad Reagan - General Manager - A proven operations guy that has been
part of all we do for many years, Brad is the glue that keeps it all
together and helps make sure every customer & dealer becomes an advocate
of our products. What do you get when you combine a bunch of engineers to
take on a project? Really, really bad writing skills - he also fixes all
the terrible writing of the team.

Tom Pettit - Chief Support Monster - Tom achieved compliance with our "Thou Shalt Wakeboard" requirement on his third day on the team and the rest is history. Tom has a TOP SECRET military background and is an avid scuba diver and instructor who enjoys being outdoors. He does a great job making sure all customers feel loved and is our "front line" in making happy customers. | ||||||||||||||||||||

Kenton Schroeder - Chief Marketing Monster - Kenton brings us some good Mid-West farm boy influence and is the youngest member of the team. We hear he can run a combine or any other piece of farm equipment with the best of them. Also is real good at taking things apart. | ||||||||||||||||||||

Brent Sandel - Chief Warehousing Monster - Brent helps to make sure every order is packaged and shipped out correctly. He enjoys listening to and playing music. He managed to meet the "employment requirement" of wakeboarding and quickly became hooked on it. By the way ladies, Brent is also single, so any interested females should contact him. | ||||||||||||||||||||

Sean Burnett - Warehouse / Order fulfillment / IT Monster - Sean is our newest employee and is involved with running the warehouse, order fulfillment and helps with IT support. He is a recent graduate of ITT Technical college. | ||||||||||||||||||||

Arthur Pan - Chief Manufacturing Monster - Arthur has been creating great products for Bill to market for many years. Somebody has to manage a thousand things a day to create great products and always be ready to deliver them to the customer - for us, that's Arthur! Arthur is the manufacturing manager at our factory and has been given exempt status from the wakeboarding requirement for all employees - long story. | ||||||||||||||||||||
