How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are determined using live FedEx rates. To see estimate shipping costs on a particular item, add that item to your cart and click "Estimate Shipping and Tax" on the next page (You will be able to remove items from your cart if needed - before completing your purchase).
Important: All international buyers are responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other related import fees. Contact your local FedEx store for further information.

What is your return policy?
If You Don't Love It, We Want It Back!
At Monster Tower we want you, our customer, to be completely satisfied with your purchase and the service we provide so IF YOU DON'T LOVE IT, WE WANT IT BACK!
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Monster Tower purchase, give us a call within 30 days and we can issue you an RMA. Because we are constantly striving to improve our products to meet the needs of our customers, we ask that you provide us with feedback regarding your return.
Please be sure that the returned product has not been damaged in any way and that all parts are included with the return. Returns need to be in new, resellable condition upon return.
Any custom color options on bimini tops are non-returnable since they are custom made.

If, for some reason, you received a tower (or tower accessory) that was damaged or had missing parts, please call us at 1-877-77-TOWER and we will promptly send out repair or replacement parts to get you back on the water quickly at no cost to you. The MT1, MT2 and MTK Monster towers also carry a 5-Year Warranty against defects in parts or workmanship. Read the Monster Tower Warranty for details.
For items purchased from a dealer or distributor, please contact them directly and we will work through them to resolve any support issues. Items purchased through a domestic dealer or international distributor cannot be returned directly to Monster Tower. Any duties, freight, taxes, customs fees and installation costs are not included in our money back guarantee.
