Just wanted to write a quick note to let you know I received the tower today and even though it is not installed yet, it looks awesome! The racks are better than I expected. I’ve worked many years in the metal finishing and manufacturing industry and was quite impressed with the looks of both the tower and racks.

Just wanted to say thank you again for such great customer service. The bimini fits and looks great. My speakers just arrived and all my friends are jealous. The combination of a quiet tower, great looks and great sound have my kids pretty pumped about wakeboarding behind my boat.

Eight or 9 years ago I purchased my first Monster Tower and several accessories and then a second tower 4 or 5 years ago. I have always been happy with the quality, design & style. Two years ago, I had my first issue. After reaching Steve there at Monster Tower, he informed me he would sell me replacement parts and also throw in the quick release hand screws! I was hoping to get a break on parts and get a decent deal, but wasn't expecting a great deal! I work in customer service, at a luxury car dealership, and am constantly disappointed with customer service, and wish I was treated like we treat our guests here. I am happy to say your company, products, and staff like Steve truly impressed me, by going above and beyond the right thing to do for a loyal customer. My friends in the sales management staff at The-house boardshop, (well known national mail order retailer) and I will continue to refer and advocate for Monster tower products and customer service. Thanks for putting that "WOW FACTOR", back into a customer service experience for me.

I wanted to compliment you on the great product you shipped, the helpful staff when I called to inquire about it and the timely manner in which my order was executed. We ordered a tower mirror on Tuesday. We had it Friday and we used it on Sunday. I appreciate a company that is run with customer satisfaction as a priority. I had been asking my wife for tower speakers for my Monster since March. She, of course, never takes me at face value when I want new toys. So she jumped in on the research, and called you guys directly. I initially informed her that the single barrels where all that I needed. So a huge thanks goes out to whoever talked her into the Double barrels. I could not be happier with all of the products we have from you guys. 1st summer has passed with the set up, awesome, awesome, and awesome. Just put the boat up for the winter, (which in Texas is usually Thanksgiving thru February) and I think I dropped a little tear.

I purchased a Monster Tower from you last summer. Since then, I have moved and have a new address. Would you please change my contact info so I am still able to receive updates, news and all the goodies from you. I love the Tower, took a few pics outside my buddies shop were we did the installation. I was going to wait until summer to get some pics at the lake. Visiting your website just gave me an incredible urge to go boardin and air chairing, however do to location (Wyoming) and air temp (10*) the urge diminished quickly. Anyway I'll send some of my dry pics soon. Thanks Monster Team for an awesome product and just as important a great price. It is very nice to be able to enjoy a superior product when you have an average guys budget.

Just to let you know, I've installed 20 or more Monsters on various boats. Every customer has told me they love their Monster's performance and looks. Including myself! One of the best features of the tower is that it is "silent". Any other fold down tower rattle and whistle enough to make you keep the boat at the dock. Not a Monster Tower boat!
