At Monster Tower we want you, our customer, to be completely satisfied with your purchase and the service we provide so IF YOU DON'T LOVE IT, WE WANT IT BACK!

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Monster Tower purchase, give us a call within 30 days and we can issue you an RMA. Because we are constantly striving to improve our products to meet the needs of our customers, we ask that you provide us with feedback regarding your return.

Please report any damages to received product within 30 days in order to get replacements sent out. If any damages are reported after this time, the buyer will be held responsible for the cost of any replacement parts & the shipping costs to receive them.

Please be sure that the returned product has not been damaged or modified in any way and that all parts are included with the return. Returns need to be in new, resellable condition upon arriving back to our facility. Monster Tower is not responsible for any shipping damage that could occur during the shipping process. As such, we ask that any returned products are well packaged and all loose parts are secured as to not damage the returned product.

Note: Due to being custom made, colored bimini tops (all colors excluding black) are non-returnable.

The buyer will be responsible for any return shipping charges, duties, taxes, or customs fees involved in completing the return. Once products are returned, we will authorize a full refund - minus any shipping discounts applied at time of purchase.

If, for some reason, you received a tower (or tower accessory) that was damaged or had missing parts, please call us at 1-877-77-TOWER and we will promptly send out repair or replacement parts to get you back on the water quickly at no cost to you. The MT1, MT2 and MTK Monster towers also carry a 5-Year Warranty against defects in parts or workmanship. Read the Monster Tower Warranty for details.

For items purchased from a dealer or distributor, please contact them directly and we will work through them to resolve any support issues. Items purchased through a domestic dealer or international distributor cannot be returned directly to Monster Tower. Any duties, freight, taxes, customs fees and installation costs are not included in our money back guarantee.
